You might discover certain items at alternate Costco stores nearby. If you call your local Costco and ask to speak with the administrative staff, mention the product name and Inno Foods brand, they can check their system to identify stores stocking them and the available quantities.

If you're facing difficulties locating specific products, it's possible they are either unavailable in your region or discontinued. Our sales team is actively addressing this issue. Product availability

Although milk ingredients are not directly added to our recipe, due to potential contamination by using equipment that also processes food with milk ingredients, the "may contain milk" statement must be added. The machines we use are cleaned but to prevent any issues with people who may be highly allergic to even trace amounts of milk products, we include the statement.

Our facility is completely peanut-free.  We include this tree nut precautionary statement on our label because our facility also processes cashews, pecans, and almonds on the same line. There are proper allergen controls in place however, we want to warn people who are severely allergic to tree nuts.
 
Kindly be aware that we cannot assure that our suppliers, from whom we source cashews, pecans, and almonds, exclusively handle these tree nuts.

What does "May contain milk / tree nuts" mean?

4) Could you please attach a copy of the receipt? You can access all of your past receipts through Costco.ca or Costco.com by logging in using your membership number. Once logged in you will want to select Orders & Purchases at the top right of the screen, from here you can easily view and download any past receipts.
